1. Return Period

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them — unused, unworn, with tags intact

  • Returned in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.

5. Damages and Issues

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without explanation. Returned items must be in original condition, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.
